When Pam F. was visiting her mother, Marion, she wanted to give her a gift and have cable installed. Marion had just lost her husband and was bedridden on an oxygen tank, having significant breathing difficulties. When the cable guy went into the crawl space, there was 6 inches of water and copious amounts of mold. After the call came into the office, one of our technicians was sent out to the scene and extracted the water out of the crawlspace. This allowed one of our specialists, Ed VanOsdol, to do an inspection and report his findings to both mother and daughter. He then recommended a perimeter drain, sump pump, and vapor barrier be installed.
