Our Overall Service
first installer that removed the sliding glass doors -installed the french doors in backwards, it was an out swing french door. had to wait for new doors with doors that were set in place pending the new doors. had shims sticking out of the frame on the inside.
Call Representative
dates for installation were easy to coordinate, however the second door installation, outside completion that i was given the impression would be the next day was postponed to 5 days later.
Sales Process
chandler at lowes did everything he could to get the installation done correctly.
Our Installation Crew
im giving a "best" to Taylor Huntington he knew what he was doing and his aim was to have the door installed correctly. He was professional and help me to understand what went into a door installation.
The Cleanup Process
the area was left clean, dust was vacuumed.
